Dear Loyal Customers,
We recently launched a new 12 oz coffee bag size and made it known that we would be discontinuing our 1lb bags. Our primary reasons for this were freshness and affordability. We have received a lot of feedback about this change, and most of it has not been good. Some of you have been really upset, and for this we apologize. In response to your feedback we have rethought our strategy.
Effective immediately we will be offering coffee in three standard sizes:
- 227 g (½ lb / 8 oz)
- 340 g (¾ lb / 12 oz)
- 454 g (1 lb / 16 oz)
All sizes will go into the same bag (once our old stock of bags is depleted), and be priced accordingly in our system. As always, all three sizes will come with a free cup of drip coffee.
For simplicity’s sake, our advertised pricing will only be for the 12oz bag size and our pre-packaged valve bag Single Origin coffees will continue to be 12oz. However, effective immediately you can purchase any coffee you want in any of these three sizes.
