CURRENT RESERVES: GUATEMALA AND EL SALVADOR
After a delicious month of Kenyan and Ethiopian reserves, both our Kenya Guama Mill and Ethiopia Shilcho are now out of stock. Our current two Central Americans are definitely worth celebrating, including a brand new El Salvador.

Villa España, El Salvador: A fresh, green grape acidity highlights this sparkingly clean coffee, followed by a quick, dry finish.
El Injerto, Pacamara, Guatemala: Astonishingly sweet and complex with a creamy mouthfeel. Predominant notes of peachy stone fruit are accompanied by an ever-developing array of flavours.

CUPPING TABLE: COLOMBIA, MORE GUATEMALA AND CHRISTMAS
Because of the huge success of our last two single-origin espressos, we are thrilled to announce the third single-origin espresso of the year, the Colombian Milagrosa (Miraculous) Micro-Lot S.O. Espresso. Look for tasting notes and release dates in the next Bean Changes newsletter.
We have also purchased a beautiful Guatemalan coffee from the Santa Clara Farm. It's 100% Bourbon varietal from the Antigua region of Guatemala.
Finally, we are in the process of narrowing down this year's Special Christmas Reserve. After the popularity of last year's Papua New Guinea, we are excited to find something equally tasty and festive.
