Idido Espresso Ethiopia, by Dukale Wakeyo in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Idido washing station is owned and run by Dukale Wakeyo and his family. Cherries from six different collection sites are carefully handpicked by smallholder farmers, brought to this washing station, then extensively sorted for defects and quality at each stage of production. This Grade 1 Yirgacheffe is fermented for 48 hours and dried on raised beds for 10 days. Tastes: Mellow, subtle peach, floral.
