This coffee comes from the famous Yirgacheffe region, known for its extravagantly aromatic and perfumed coffees. Cherry is delivered by small farmers to the washing station, where the coffee is fermented for 36-72 hours depending on the temperature. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 13-15 days.
