This complex Colombian has that concentrated intensity we have come to love so much in our coffees.
This excellent coffee comes from a group of producers in a fairly new coffee growing region. Specialty Coffee is growing rapidly in the area thanks to the efforts of the local cooperative, Cafe Occidente Nariño. The coffee is fermented from 12-16 hours and dried on parabolic raised beds for 6-10 days. The cup is concentrated and complex with hints of tropical fruits.
