Narinõ is an archetype of classic high-grown South American coffees. Small producers pick and process their coffee at their own micro-wet mills and then dry it on elevated tables inside covered solar dryers that provide protection from the rain. The cup comes out sweet and clean with flavours reminiscent of caramel and raw sugar.
