This stunner from Jeff Fleming at Apex is quite possibly the most exotic and complex coffee of the year for JJ Bean.

Established in 2010, this mill owned by Israel Degfa receives the finest quality cherries from 28 different collecting sites every day. Melkisa is the site manager here and he works closely with staff to ensure all coffee processed at this station is of premium quality. This Grade 1 coffee ferments between 24-72 hours before being washed and dried for 9-12 days on raised beds.
