Mr. Mac has consistently produced great coffees from the start. His perfectionist tendencies have allowed him to continuously improve his processing techniques year after year. Mr. Mac spends much of his time training farmers and aiding in the development of farms around the washing station.
This coffee is traditionally fermented and dried on African raised beds for 12-14 days.
